<p>對於野孩子來說，「吃」是在露營的時候花最多時間的事情，除了三餐，還有下午茶甚至消夜要吃，所以非常注重菜單設計。以晚餐來說，野孩子首露是準備泡麵鍋加一堆料就很滿足，建議新手露營能準備簡單的菜單，並且掌握好這四個原則，基本上新手露營首露可以安全下莊。</p>

<p>露營的裝備很多，儘管有攜帶露營用冰箱或者保冷袋，有可能還是不能放進太多需要冷藏冷凍的食物，因為從出發到抵達營區也需要一段時間，假設如果有太多需要保冰的食物可能會發生裝備塞不完的情況。食物的份量也能攜帶露營天數能吃完的份量，例如評估高麗菜只需要半顆，就能在家裡先切好一半後再攜帶；醬料攜帶也可能用分裝瓶，同一種醬料至少可以使用一道料理，才不會帶太多瓶瓶罐罐。</p>

<p>同一樣食材可以用在兩種以上的料理，會讓你在採購食材與攜帶上便利喔。舉例來說，露營晚餐菜單有五花肉，可以買美生菜包著一起吃，隔天早餐就可以設計能把美生菜使用完的菜單，例如三明治、漢堡。重複使用可以把食材使用完畢，這樣回程時就能夠增加很多空間。</p>

<p>在營區烹飪的環境不會比家裡方便，使用空間有限流理台也可能離營區有一小段路，沒辦法像在家裡料理的同時也能隨手整理鍋碗瓢盆，所以建議露營菜單設計以步驟簡單為主，例如先炒完時蔬之後就能接著炒肉，另外再準備一道用湯鍋料理的菜單。</p>

<p>露營區雖然都有插孔，但不適合電壓太大的電子產品，所以野孩子外出露營時基本上都是使用卡式爐完成所以料理。所以菜單設計避免要用氣炸鍋、壓力鍋、電子鍋等產品，避免營區用電量負荷不了而跳電。</p>

<p>需要醃製的肉品還有要切的蔬菜都可以先在家切好，到露營區就能夠省去很多備料的時間，除了露營新手搭營不熟悉會花比較多的時間搭帳棚外，備料的環境沒有辦法像家裡一樣方便，在家把食材準備好也可以減少要帶的鍋碗瓢盆數量。備好的食物可以用密封保鮮袋裝起來，吃完後只剩下保鮮袋會省下很多空間。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" style="font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.469), 20px);">2.<strong>冷凍的食物注意退冰時間</strong></h3>



<p class="has-link-color wp-elements-59804213654e270fd3e4b7c026264d71">沒有攜帶式小冰箱時可以用做寶特瓶冰塊將冷凍食物一起放進<a href="https://shopee.tw/product/14020775/5190281685?utm_campaign=-&amp;utm_content=----&amp;utm_medium=affiliates&amp;utm_source=an_16312230003&amp;utm_term=a4i2fgzhqrc8" target="_blank" rel="noopener">保冷袋</a>，根據野孩子的經驗，前一晚冷凍的牛排這樣保存，到營區3~4個小時都還沒有解凍，沒有保冷袋跟小冰箱也可以用3層以上的報紙包起來，到營區後在放進冰箱。到營區後記得將冷凍的食材放進冷藏，晚餐時刻要用食物時才不會硬梆梆。</p>

<p>建議要用保鮮膜把飯捲包起來再切，才不會散掉賣相差，野孩子就是沒帶保鮮膜去露營，所以切完整個料都掉出來，但沒有差啦，反正是自己要吃的不是要賣的。以上的食材全聯都買的到，我覺得直接買飯糰超級方便，可以針對想吃的口味選擇飯糰！</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>1.白蘿蔔去皮滾刀切塊2.牛番茄切方便入口小塊3.備一鍋滾水加入白蘿蔔熬煮至蘿蔔微透明4.倒入牛肉罐頭5.倒入牛番茄6.上桌享用美味料理</p>



<p>水的用量可用500cc，再倒入一整罐牛肉罐頭完全不用再調味了，因為還有用蘿蔔熬湯，所以味道很足夠，而且很好喝欸，再燙個麵條加入也很好吃！</p>
